Alexander Shishkov is VP of R&D at itSeez3D, the company that brought realistic 3D avatars and 3D scanning to consumers. He has been working in the field of computer vision for the last ten years.
Prior to itSeez3D, he worked at Itseez, where he had developed technologies including counting systems, object detection, and image retrieval systems. He had been a member of the core OpenCV development team for many years. He is a co-author of a few books including "Instant OpenCV for iOS" and several courses for Nizhny Novgorod State University, where he had been working as a lector for about 10 years.
