We will consider the requirements for video codecs, encoders and decoders when transmitting video in ultra-low latency conditions. We will talk a little about the architecture and principles of building real-time control applications using the example of cloud gaming.

We will also consider the aspects and recommendations that need to be taken into account when choosing and configuring a codec, encoder and decoder in terms of encoding processes, video delivery over the network and decoding.

We will discuss in detail the problem of working with a "broken" stream based on examples. And we will analyze two techniques for improving the subjective quality of video when working with such a stream.
