Dr. Evgeny Belyaev received Candidate of Science degree in 2009 from the State University of Aerospace Instrumentation (SUAI), St. Petersburg, Russia, and Doctor of Technology degree from Tampere University of Technology, Finland in 2015. His research interests include low-complexity joint source-channel video coding, arithmetic coding and compressive sensing. He has more than 80 papers in international journals and conferences and 5 patents. Currently, he is working as Associate Professor at ITMO University, Russia.
