Optimizations of H.264 Video Stream in RTP/AVP to render UI of welcome menu in meeting rooms

A simple task: create a welcome page for clients that join meetings in Yandex Telemost from meeting rooms. But to simply encode a video stream — even in 10 FPS — is not enough. There are a lot of callers, too much CPU is consumed. We'll discuss technical tricks, specifics of the meeting room equipment and details of H.264 codec that let us save resources.

This talk can be useful as an intro to RTP/SAVP protocol and H.264 format for those not familiar with them.
