He has been involved in machine learning since 2010. He defended his dissertation in 2013 (Candidate of Technical Sciences) and is writing his doctoral thesis on the application of multimodal architectures for passive security of multimedia content.
He leads the FusionBrain lab at the AIRI Artificial Intelligence Institute, where he develops multimodal and generative models.
He is one of the ‘founders’ of the Kandinsky family of models.
He teaches at Samara University and ITMO, gives lectures and writes about developments in AI and ML in his author's Telegram channel.
